1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ph986 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and select cryptocurrency methods. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. ph986 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by ph986 subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;

4.3 Currency

All transactions on ph986 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Players depositing via cryptocurrency methods will have their funds converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. ph986 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal for cryptocurrency transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph986's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph986 Platform, including but not limited to the ph986 name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text content, software, and underlying code, is the exclusive property of ph986 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12 Amendments & Account Termination

12.2 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your ph986 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any available real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and clearance of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus balances. Bonus balances remaining at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

12.3 Account Termination by ph986

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and ph986 relating to the Platform or these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of the dispute being raised in writing, the matter shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

For disputes specifically relating to the conduct of gaming operations regulated by PAGCOR, the dispute resolution procedures prescribed by PAGCOR's applicable regulations shall apply.
